Fees and Insurance

Fees:

$195 for the initial intake session (75-minute)

$160 per individual therapy appointments (50-minute)

Phone Consultation:

15-20 minutes (Free)

When you first contact me, I am happy to offer a free phone consultation. This is a great time to hear a little about yourself or your child, answer any questions, and determine if we may be a good therapeutic match.

Insurance Reimbursement:

I can provide you with monthly statements for insurance reimbursement, but I do not bill insurance directly.

I encourage you to ask your insurance company what their reimbursement rate for an out-of-network provider is before our first session.

Additionally, insurance companies require a mental health diagnosis in order to qualify for reimbursement. I would be happy to answer any questions you have regarding reimbursement and diagnosis prior to our first  session.

Discounted Rate: 

I believe therapy should be accessible, please let me know if cost is a barrier and inquire about my current openings for 'sliding scale' rates.

Cancellation Policy:

I require a 48-hour notice. Missed appointments or failure to give notice will be billed at the cost of a full session. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time and be charged at the rate of a full session.
