About me
I have worked in various non-profits in the mental health field since 2012, prior to opening my own practice. I received my masters degree in Existential Phenomenological Psychology from Seattle University in 2016. Prior to this, I received my bachelors degrees in Studio Art and Psychology from the University of Colorado.
As a therapist and an artist...I am interested in exploring creative ways of discovering what it means to be human. I pursue ongoing professional training with interests in creative expression, somatic, and mindfulness/self-compassion based therapies.
Personally, I enjoy practicing what I preach and take care of myself through movement, mindfulness, and creative outlets. My self-care practice commonly includes yoga/meditation, painting, and playing music.
